On October 11, 2017, the Cook County Board repealed the Sweetened Beverage Tax Ordinance, effective December 1, 2017. This dataset is historical and no longer maintained. This list is not meant to be exhaustive. There may be other products that meet the definitions of beverages for medical use, therapeutic nutritional meal replacements and weight reduction meal replacements. The Department of Revenue in no way endorses any of the products listed herein.
